When it comes to the constitutional rights of undocumented (illegal) immigrants the fourteenth amendment is widely misunderstood. This webinar reviews the history of the 14th amendment including recent Supreme Court Cases that interpret it. Particular attention will be paid to the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection clause and their applicability to illegal immigrants.
